The Process

Resident Consultation
& Project Briefing

We begin with in-depth discussions with the residents and a detailed study of the plot.
Our team presents a comprehensive redevelopment proposal covering the layout concept, tentative floor plans, specifications, timelines, commercial terms, shifting arrangements, and documentation process.

Finalisation of Plans
& Approvals

Based on resident feedback, we revise and finalise the architectural and commercial plans. Detailed building sketches, specifications, and legal agreements are shared with the society committee.

Once approved, we initiate the process of obtaining all necessary sanctions from municipal and local authorities.

Resident Relocation
& Site Clearance

Upon mutual agreement and fulfillment of commercial terms, residents are smoothly relocated to temporary accommodations arranged as per plan.
Once vacated, the site is prepared for redevelopment, including demolition, in accordance with approved guidelines.

Construction
& Supervision

With all approvals in place, construction begins as per the sanctioned plans.
Our experienced team ensures timely execution with regular quality checks, updates, and supervision, keeping the society committee informed throughout the process.

Project Handover
& Induction

Once construction is complete, we conduct detailed inspections and final touch-ups to ensure everything meets our quality benchmarks.
Post receipt of Occupation and Completion Certificates, the new building is formally handed over to the residents- ready for a seamless and proud return.
